Does blocking NLRP3 and RIPK1/RIPK3 prevent both ferroptosis and necroptosis in radiation brain injury?

After cranial irradiation, can the neuroprotective effect of jointly inhibiting the inflammatory pathway and cell death pathway, while targeting the NLRP3 and RIPK1/RIPK3 pathways, have better neuroprotective effects than targeting one pathway alone?
